The fine print
The jokes stop here. This page says who you are dealing with, what happens to your data, what you buy and how you get out. Last updated October 2, 2026.
Who we are
Kinda Famous Club ("the Club", "we") is the service offered on the website at kindafamo.us. It is run by the operator of that website, whose company name, registration code and address are given at the foot of every page. The operator is the seller of every membership and the controller of your personal data. Contact: [email protected].
The Club is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by X Corp.
Privacy
What we collect when you join the list or become a member: your email address, your X handle if you choose to give it, the plan you picked, the date and time, the page you signed up from and the country your request came from. For paying members we also keep the state of the subscription and the identifiers our payment provider gives us for it. We never receive your card number.
Why: to open your membership, give you access to the call sheet, fit it to your account and write to you about your membership. The legal basis is the performance of our contract with you and, for the guest list, your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (a)).
The chat on this site: the front desk in the corner is an automated assistant. What you write there, and a contact if you leave one, is stored so that we can answer and follow up. Don't put anything in it you would not put in an email to us.
Measuring visits: we use an analytics service to count visits and to see which pages and buttons are used, including whether a sign-up or a payment was completed. It sets cookies in your browser. This runs on our legitimate interest in knowing whether the site works (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)); you can refuse with the Decline button in the notice at the bottom of the page, or at any time with change my cookie choice. Declining deletes the analytics cookies and switches the measurement off.
What we don't do: we don't sell or rent your data and we don't run advertising trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain. To stop spam sign-ups we keep a counter of requests per network address for up to two hours; the address is stored only as a keyed hash, never in plain form, and is used for nothing else (legitimate interest).
Who helps us: a hosting and storage provider, a licensed payment institution that processes card payments, the provider of the chat and the analytics service. They act on our instructions. Some of them may process data in the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
How long: guest-list entries until you ask us to remove you, or 12 months after your spot opens if you never join. Membership records for as long as you are a member and afterwards for the period accounting law requires. Chat conversations for 12 months.
Your rights: you can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, deletion, a restriction or a transfer of it, object to how we use it and withdraw consent whenever you like, by writing to the contact address above. If you live in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland you can also complain to your data protection authority; ours is the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania.
The map: the trend map shows public posts collected on September 12–17, 2026: the public handle and display name, the text of the post, the age stated in it, a country taken from the post or the public profile and the public view, like and reply counts. Posts by people who stated an age under 18 are not shown. We publish the map as commentary on a public trend (legitimate interest). If your post is on it and you object, write to us and we will remove it.
Terms
- What you get. Extra is free: one call sheet a week. Regular gives access to the daily call sheet on a members page. Co-star adds a weekly one-to-one over chat with a coach, at a time agreed with you. Has People adds 30 written posts a month, delivered in a shared document.
- Price. Regular is €12 a month, Co-star €149 a month, Has People €499 a month. The price shown at checkout is the full price you pay. The first 100 paying members get Regular for €9 a month for as long as they stay subscribed without a break.
- Payment and renewal. Memberships are paid by card through a licensed payment institution. They renew every month on the day you joined until you cancel.
- Cancelling. You can cancel at any time in one click from your members page or from the cancel page. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the month you have paid for.
- Your personal link. Access to the members page is by a personal link, not a password. Keep it to yourself. If you lose it or think someone else has it, write to us and we will issue a new one.
- It is advice. The call sheet is information and suggestions. You decide what to post, you post it from your own account and you are responsible for following X's rules. We never ask for your X password and never post on your behalf.
- No promises about fame. We make no promise of follower counts, reach or income. Figures on the site are measured examples, not guarantees.
- Fair use. One membership is for one person. Don't share or resell member access or republish the call sheet. We may end a membership for abuse and refund the unused part of the month.
- If we get it wrong. If the service is down or broken on our side, write to us and we refund the month. Our liability to you is otherwise limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim; this does not limit any liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
- Changes. If we change the price or these terms, we tell members by email at least 30 days ahead. If you don't like the change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Law. These terms are governed by the law of Lithuania, and disputes go to the courts of Vilnius. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection and the courts that the law of your home country gives you. Consumers in Lithuania may also turn to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority for out-of-court settlement.
Refunds and the right to change your mind
You have 14 days from the day you join to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. We keep it simple: withdraw in those 14 days and you get back everything you paid, even though your membership started at once at your request. Use the cancel or withdraw page, or just write to us. We refund to the card you paid with within 14 days of your message, and usually much faster.
After the first 14 days there are no refunds for a month that has started, except where the service was broken on our side.
